Compensation & Benefits: Introduced a benefit plan with Wellness incentives at DCP Midstream that lowered high dollar claims by focusing on preventative care and was also projected to lower overall costs within three years.

Under a shared services model, led the centralized talent acquisition function for the entire corporation from to entry-level to C-Suite hires. Directed field recruiting in North America involving 72 operating companies and over 10,000 hires per year. Managed eight direct reports and 80 department members. Budget: $14M

Process Improvement: Realigned the recruiting function, resulting in the onboarding process decreasing from 26 to as few as 10 days

Managed a total annual spend of $78M.

Process Improvement: Introduced employee, self-service access for benefits and 401(k) enrollments and contributions and developed the strategy to implement 401(k) auto enrollment for new hires

Workforce Planning: Administered the succession plan for the top 200 people in the company and introduced a Learning Management System (LMS)

Labor Relations: Served as the HR Merger and Acquisition Team Leader and negotiated labor contracts for the Blackwater pipeline ($80M) and the Michigan gas storage facility ($350M)

Employee Benefits: Implemented a High Deductible Heath Care Plan with a Health Saving Account (HSA) which resulted in a 2.5% decrease in claim costs through the 1st quarter of 2011

Community Relations: Worked with Weld County officials on permitting to construct an access road from the state highway to DCP’s gas processing facility

Union Avoidance: Trained all Operations Supervisors in proposed union legislation and union avoidance methodology to mitigate risks
