• Recruiting Coordinator -

Data driven Recruiting Coordinator with over 2 years of experience in a unique dual-role as both a Recruiting Coordinator and a Recruiter. Built and maintained requisition ecosystems and utilize company approved/provided ATS tools to attract new candidates to our talent pool which I created and managed. I organized and attended meetings with our clients to create engagement profiles, team needs, goals, and objectives. I would then schedule interviews with candidates for a dynamic recruiting team as well as myself as needed. Our recruiting team included over 15 recruiters with emphasis on optimization of interview scheduling, retention of new-hires, and new-hire number targets. We also focused on fulfilling engagement goals and meeting their expectations. I have worked with many start- ups and industry disruptors as well as clients we worked with for well over a decade (Mainly Nintendo of America). Many engagements required large customer facing support teams in a very short time window allotted to us for the hiring process. Due to my unique dual-role and the types of engagements we needed to fulfill, I am able to pivot at any moment to changing needs or requirements. These challenging situations provided opportunities for me to learn and grow from, while strengthening my shill-set and value.

• Accomplishments -

When hired for the position of Recruiting Coordinator, the company did not provide a training manual or process. As a result, a senior team member would have to be on hand at all times to support newly hired recruiters, which I found to be incredibly inefficient. To resolve this issue, I created a training manual consisting of a step-by-step tutorial detailing the process of hiring new candidates, complete with screenshots of tools and processes for reference, as well as links and login information for new recruiters to follow when sourcing, interviewing, and potentially offering jobs to applicants. Later, we expanded my manual to include all of the recruiting team's policies, procedures, and resources so we could reference and add information to the manual as needed. I also created the e-Skills tests new applicants were required to pass before being eligible to be considered for employment. The tests included questions related to basic computer operation knowledge, fundamental Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browser operation, and company standardized computer program knowledge which basically consisted of Microsoft Office. My tests yielded outstanding results in the form of higher retention of new-hires for over 90 days and accomplishing first contact with applicants was much easier. As a result of my newly created e-Skills tests and my newly created automated email asking applicants to send a screenshot of their home internet service download/upload speeds from our approved speed test website, new applicants followed through with the employment eligibility process in much higher numbers.

• Areas of Expertise -

I am efficient at sourcing, contacting, then interviewing or scheduling interviews between my recruiting team and candidates using approved ATS and scheduling tools. Conducting interviews for high-volume verticals and either rejecting the applicant or offering a position with an engagement team in which their skill-set will offer the most benefit to is something I am very well versed in. I am extremely efficient at creating, posting, and maintaining several hundred requisitions to attract new applicants with on diverse platforms using ATS tools such as ADP Workforce Now and TeamTailor. Posting requisitions on multiple platforms such as Career Builder, Zip Recruiter, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other Social Media platforms and fulfilling engagement teams with applicants from these tools was part of my daily workflow and I enjoyed it very much. Creating and maintaining large talent pools and pipelines with viable candidates for my recruiting team in which they could fill high-volume industry verticals with was very fun and rewarding. I am very skilled at communicating with clients and candidates in a professional manner. I am extroverted so I can speak to new people via cold-calling without being awkward or off-putting. I excel at one-on-one meetings via phone or video connection. I enjoy being a part of a group setting as a presenter to deliver instructional classes in a virtual/real world setting, Problem solving on the fly, then being able to pivot at any moment to address and resolve problems as needed is something I enjoy greatly as opportunities to learn and grow from. I have no problems admitting I am wrong or taking responsibility for my actions or mistakes. I know when to ask for help and do not let ego get in the way of productivity and accomplishing goals. I enjoy a team environment and sharing creative ideas with colleagues. I value the opinion and knowledge other people offer as I am always trying to add value to myself and my skill-set.
