Serve as on-site supervisor manager for the yard/warehouse/safety; with responsibility for warehouse function which involves receipt of the products from external and internal suppliers; pulling and loading products for shipment; and training, guiding, coaching, and counseling the materials-handling associates. Train all associates on standard operating procedures.
Review RADAR and Hazard risk regarding safety. Includes resolving and implementing revised standard operating procedures to reduce risk.
Responsible for day-to-day safety awareness and enforcement of Division Safety and PPE policy and operations consistent with established standard operating procedures. Serves as a troubleshooter in handling daily activities within the yard.
