CarePayment merged with Destination Capital in November of 2004.

Highlights – FCNB was formed in 1988 to provide credit card financing to subprime consumers as part of ITT Consumer Finance. The company was sold to the Spiegel Group in 1991. FCNB’s focus changed to include credit card financing for customers of Eddie Bauer, Spiegel, Crate & Barrel, Newport News and other retail companies. During the period from 1991 to 2001, FCNB grew from $80 million assets to $4 billion assets, less than 200 employees to over 1,600 employees and achieved excellent profitability.
Served as Credit Analyst, Budget and Reporting Manager, Controller and CFO, Credit Risk Manager beginning in 1995.
