2000 – 2011 Elementary School Teacher for Broward County School Board. I worked for North Andrews Gardens School for the Arts under Carol Bassford, Principal teaching 2nd grade. I then worked for Hollywood Central Elementary also teaching 2nd grade for Fran Merenstein, Principal. I was surplussed over to Cooper City Elementary where I became ESOL Certified and Gifted Certified. I taught 3rd grade, 4th grade, 4th grade gifted and was promoted to an administrative position (Reading Coach) under Dennis Schiullo, Principal.

1999 – 2000 Diabetes Center of North Ridge Medical Center (Fort Lauderdale, FL) as a Program Assistant and Diabetes Educator while waiting for a position with the school board.

was established initially as a booking agency working closely with my former boss, Doug Breitbart. I soon signed and developed 3-4 acts over the years and traded them up to larger agencies and labels as their careers developed.

1990 – 1992 Weiner, Rice & Breitbart a/k/a Mad Entertainment

Worked for two high profile entertainment managers/attorneys. I created an maintained their filing system; handled and composed correspondence; fielded about 75 phonecalls a day and coordinated communication between artists, manager, label reps, agents, road crews, video production people; proofed large contracts; publicity pieces and set up showcase opportunities for artists. I attended pertinent music industry conferences and wrote and moderated “Management 101” for the New Music Seminar in NYC (global attendance). I also created their first Music Mgmt. Internship Program recruiting local high school and college students.

1983 – 1990 Professional Vocalist/Background Singer

Toured/performed with original act (911) and later national acts.
