I Lead the Training Department from Lake Charles, Louisiana to Beaumont, Texas. My duties were to travel to the 8 locations that was assigned to me. I did various things in the units when I visited them. I did a Food Safety Audit. I did a Restuarant Operational Review Monthly. I worked with various managers who were getting promoted to help them adjust with thier new position. Any new product that came out with the company, my job was to roll it out correctly.
