OBJECTIVE
To obtain a position that utilizes the customer service skills I have obtained throughout my time working within the financial industry.
EXPERIENCE
United States Postal Service, Decatur, IL β Letter Carrier
May 2018- September 2018
During my temporary position at the post office I learned to fine tune time management skills and pay close attention to detail. Being a team player was essential and I consistently offered help to others.
PNC Bank, NA, Kokomo, IN β Customer Sales Associate
September 2016 - April 2017
My responsibilities included balancing and maintaining a teller drawer as well as the balancing and maintenance of the store's ATM's. I did everything from answering customer service phone calls and emails to customer account maintenance, loan processing, customer service and sales interactions, and handling and securing sensitive customer and bank information. I handled small as well as large monetary and non monetary transactions and also supervised and held approval authority over other bank tellers' large monetary and non monetary transactions. My daily work environment called for extensive multi tasking to ensure deadlines and goals for the day were met not only for myself, but for the store as a team.
Wells Fargo Bank, Wabash, INβ Personal Banker
July 2012 - March 2016
During my time at Wells Fargo I oversaw and maintained customer service requests and questions for consumer accounts in addition to spending much of my time as a Business Specialist, working closely with our Business Bankers reaching out to and visiting many businesses in the community to build and maintain relationships. I shadowed our managers frequently and often volunteered to take on managerial responsibilities just for the sake of learning the role. I enjoyed helping team members succeed in their roles by managing training activities, helping set attainable goals and talking through with my team their long term career goals. I maintained a teller drawer for days that we were short staffed. I oversaw audit preparedness activities and training and worked diligently to keep and organized, clean work space throughout the bank. I balanced and maintained ATM operations and cash reserves. I enjoyed learning the many aspects of banking and reached out to financial advisors and collections specialists to learn about all different positions within the company outside of retail banking.
