budget and expenses.

effective in the field.
- I worked effectively in a heavily cross-functional, fast pace environment working closely with my Regional Manager and Corporate to ensue all initiatives were being met.
- Working with my team we established and maintained in aisle presentations along with proper high traffic displays, resulting in increased sales.
- Worked closely with all our major accounts (Big boxed retailers) during Grand Openings and special events or promotions.
Accomplishments
Many times, I was called upon to cover additional merchandisers from out of state during District Manager vacancies. Because I lived so close to my Regional Manager, I was called upon numerous times to take on additional projects and handle Major Marketing events.
I was called upon throughout my tenor with Hasbro to assist in cross training new hires for my fellow District managers which required traveling during the year.
For the 15 years I was with Hasbro I was able to meet my yearly budgets or slightly reduce expenses. I was select Manager of the Year in 8 of my 15 years with Hasbro.
