Lead Automation Engineer
Main responsibilities:
_ Project managing
_ System design, electrical design, programming.

_ Design web app to monitoring environment status. _ Design hardware (PCB) to gather data from the environment. _ Writing firmware for modules (Arduino, raspberry pi, esp32, esp8266 ) _ Using camera (OpenCV, python) to process vision data. Achievements and skills gained:
_ Design an environment monitor for a cell multiplying lab
+ Design a PCB to get the C02 rate in the lab and send the data back to the server over WIFI (esp8266) using Altium
+ Firmware developing for the C02 gathering board with esp8266 Arduino library
+ Using a camera, Opencv, and tesseract to get data from a control display and store in MongoDB for further query
+ Using a raspberry pi 3b+ to host the monitor dashboard for web app (nodejs,ejs, MongoDB)
+ Using the same raspberry pi to get 2 digital signals that tell the emergency level of the C02 supply and the signal of the UPS that supply for the raspberry pi. So that the user got notify when the C02 level gets low or the power is down)
+ Using the same raspberry pi to control a module sim 800L to send emergency SMS and phone call to the User
_ Prototyping fault checking system Using OpenCV
+ scan the barcode that sticks to the product to know where to search for the paint in the product.
+ check the position of the paint and tell if the paint is Good or No Good _ Web base remote control HMI
+ Writing a web base HMI using Siemens S7-1200 web system for a weight measuring system
_ Robot transfer system for Press Machine production line
+ Design the control system drawing for the system consists of 5 robots, 4 press machine, feeder system, and safety system (light curtain)
