Marketing Consultant - Sinclair Broadcast Group - December 2021 to Present I am responsible for helping create awareness to SMB’s throughout the Reno/Sparks, NV region, by means of cold calling and managing a list of accounts given to me. I have brought in 8 new direct clients, all committing to annual contracts totaling $288,000. I create winning TV and Digital schedules to ensure that each client attains an ROI. I am also responsible for managing 15 of the top Advertising Agencies in the area. I won the ‘Circle of Excellence’ award for the month of March, 2022 due to my tenacity to find new business. I’ve had to adapt to an ever changing culture within the company because of a major turnover in Management that began during the Covid pandemic.

Account Executive - Digital First Media - May 2014 to November 2021 I was responsible for helping small to medium sized businesses increase revenue by means of utilizing our array of digital advertising programs, as well as selling printed ads in the Chico Enterprise Record, a subsidiary of Digital First Media. I built a book of business to average around $50,000 a month. I won the ‘Account Executive of the Quarter’ because of the increase in new business I attained in quarter 2 of 2017. My Advertising Director would share with the company that I was ‘the best salesperson he’s worked with in 30 years’. Owner and Operator - Stateline Office Supply - October 1999 to September 2014 I bought an existing business in Stateline, NV, (Lake Tahoe area), and was immediately responsible for the growth of the company. My tasks included bookkeeping, inventory management, hiring and managing employees, making deliveries, creating Marketing plans, and growing our sales each and every year. I was able to make the company profitable at the end of the 4th year, and kept the business profitable until I sold the business to a national company.

Member of the Business Fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi - held several Chairman positions. Was elected to be on the Board of Directors for the South Lake Tahoe Chamber of Commerce, and served from 2002 to 2007, to represent all small businesses throughout the region.

Won ‘Account Executive of the Quarter’ at Digital First Media in the 2nd quarter of 2017. Won ‘Salesperson of the Month’ at least 8 different times during my career. Won ‘Circle of Excellence’ Award in March of this year. Family comes first, so I spend as much time as possible with my two sons. Came close to playing golf on the PGA Tour in 1994.
