2022: I worked for a call center and completed 5 weeks

training. I began work and was placed on an “on

call” basis and I wasn't getting enough hours so I

am now looking for another home based, remote

position.

2020: I am currently taking online IT entry courses with

Coursera and I will be taking more as I progress

and need as I try to change careers.

2020: Currently working for Amazon in their Concord

location and I want to move into a tech career

with more hours.

2017 to present:

Began flipping residential homes.

Completed one home in 2017, two in 2018 and just

completed another and is on the market for sale at

this time for 2019.

I am considering going back into the job market

due to the lack of qualified / dependable labor and

also the lack of inventory for houses to purchase

for rehab.

2016: Relocated to Concord NC and semi retired.

2015: Currently licensed as a structural inspector

for the state of Florida, (standard license). I

have been on disability due to back

surgeries, 2013 / 2013 and am now getting

ready to return to work.

2012: Worked briefly for Inspection Depot doing

wind mitigation inspections and attended an

8 hour, state certified CEU class for wind

mitigation.

2010 / 2011: Worked as a Wind Mitigation inspector for

ARA/SHP Inspections working a contract for

State Farm insurance. Approx 800+ wind

mitigation inspections completed with the

contract ending on 8/1/ 2011.

Unemployed from the economic downturn from 2009 until October 2010

I now have my state standard inspector’s

license, # BN6217 since

3/04/08 and the P&P examination 4/11/08 and

was just renewed. I also speak conversational

Spanish which is helpful on job sites.

2006 Began employment for Collier County as a building inspector on 07/08/06 up until 03/01/08 and was laid off due to the economic down turn.
