EXPERIENCE

1/97 - Present SELF EMPLOYED:

● PEDEVCO – Preparing Drilling Procedure then drill horizontal wells at rig in Chavez Co., N. Mex. San Andres formation plus initial work on Niobrara Shale well in near Briggdale, Colorado 7,000’ TVD with 2 mile horizontal for 18,000’ well in 2nd Q of ’19. Finding drilling rigs, service companies, and environmental considerations

● Pursuit Oil and Gas – Preparing Drilling Program and Completion Procedure for High Pressure Natural Gas Eagleford Wells in S. Texas near Encinal, Tx. Drill 12,000’-15,000 Horizontal well with 14.2 PPG OBM.

● HSE & Zipper Frac Monitor – Lost 2 Guns and 2 Packers Preset along with screen out. Solution was to PU on the wireline prior to beginning to pump. The solution to the screen outs was to install a gel sensor since sand and water was pumped for 16 minutes without gel in it.

● Expert Engineer/Wellsite Supervisor – IWR Operating - Dec. 2017 – Assumed operation of Blowout SW of Houston to finish drilling well for completion. Circulate out 3 Kicks using Drillers Method with only Dry Gas at surface at one point. Recovered all DP and 1 DC. Washed over DC and got below Surface casing plus 7-9’ below shoe when washpipe became stuck but worked it free. POOH and picked up new shoe and GIH. Wash over DC by 4’-6’ and became stuck due to well flowing. Attempted this twice more and determined there was a possible underground blowout and the well was P&A’d.

● Wellsite Supervisor – KJ Energy – May 2017 – Sept. 2017 – Drilling Cotton Valley Pilot with 240’ of Cores and then Kicking off to drill horizontal in Cotton Valley Sand to 15,400’ MD/10,300’ TVD.

● Relief Drilling Engineer – Paloma – June 2017 – Had 2 rigs running in the Stack Field of Oklahoma. Dealt with Finding Intermediate Casing Seat, Had well with Lost Circulation, that was pressure where a logging run on a pilot hole was needed and accomplished by spotting LCM along with Weighted Pills to allow logs to be obtained and Side Track Accomplished.

● Drilling Engineer/Wellsite Supervisor –Nov. ’16– Present–Baytex Assisting in the correction of a Highly visible Remediation correction of a previous operators mistake per TRRC Standards in S. Texas. Required Directional Drilling to within 1’ of previous casing using magnetic instrumentation to avoid a collision with old wellbore. H2S in area was 9,000 ppm.

● Expert Witness – Feb. ’16 – Two Parties suing over liability of casing set 40’ off bottom.

● Wellsite Supervisor – United Resources – Drill Eagleford well west of Dilley with 6000’ of lateral with 400 ppm H2S. Well came in 6 days under plan and under AFE. Shutdown due to deer season.

● 11-14 – 5/15 – Drilling Engineer/Supt. – Apache – Drilling 16,000’ to 18,000’ Horizontals in the Permian Wolf Kamp A in Loving, Pecos and Reeves Co., Tx wells had 1,000 to 5,000 ppm H2S. Reduced days from 45 days to 29 days. Working on setting smaller casing strings to decrease days and complete well with 5-1/2” casing. Responsible for coring operations on 2 wells. Take Rig calls and make decisions on operations for the Field Supt. and Rig Site Personnel.

● 7/14 – 11/14 – Wellsite Supervisor – Hilcorp - - Implementing procedures to drill Utica Shale wells in Lawrence Co., Pa. With lateral lengths of 9,000’ to 10,000’ in length

● 2/14 – 6/14 – Wellsite Supervisor- 1776 - Implementing procedures to drill Eagle Ford wells in Wilson & Karnes Co., Tx. With lateral lengths of 6,000’ to 7,000’ in length with 1,000 to 20,000 ppm H2S.

● 8/2013 – 1/14 – Drlg & Completion Engineer – New Century Exploration - Implementing procedures to drill, complete and fracture Eagle Ford well in Burleson Co., Tx. With lateral lengths of 5,000’ to 7,000’ in length

● 2/2012 – 7/2013 -Supt./Sr. Drlg Eng. – Goodrich Petroleum – Houston - Drill Drilling 4000’ to 9000’ horizontals in the Eagle Ford with OBM – reduced days to 11 days from 18 to 20 days with H2S concentrations of 500 ppm to 1,000 ppm.

● 2/2011 – 2/2012 - Drilling Engineer – EOG Resources – San Antonio – Drilling 4000’ to 7000’ horizontals in the Eagle ford and Pearsall with OBM/Brine Mud and Austin Chalk using PMS system with 11.6 CaCl2. and 100 to 4,000 ppm H2S.

● 4/2010 – 10/2010 - Completion Engineer – Pioneer – Tunisia – Preparing completion procedure for wells to 4100 M in the desert with multiple packers and perforations from 2,000 to 6,000 BOPD.

● 10/2009 – 3/2010 - Wellsite Supervisor – Swift – Handle day to day rig operations for wells in S. Texas with oil base mud to 13 ppg and depths of 15,600’ in the Olmos and 16,400’ in the Eagleford 4,000’ to 5,000’ Horizontals. Part of a team which reduced 7 days from AFE and 7” sting of casing for $1.25 M in savings with H2S concentrations of 200 ppm to 3,000 ppm .

● 10/2008 – 9/2009 - Wellsite Supervisor – Legado – Sr. Engineer asked for program assistance to drill 10,400’ wells with 3500’ laterals in Marmaton Formation in Okla. Panhandle without returns with 300 ppm H2S..

● 4/2008 – 8/2008 -Drilling Engineer – EnCana – Prepare Drilling Procedure for Deep HPHT wells 17,000’ to 19,000’ in Robertson Co., Texas with MW from 18.0 to 19.2 ppg.

● 1/2008 – 4/2008 - Workover Engineer – VENOCO – Preparing Workover and Recompletions Procedures and AFEs for platform wells Offshore California. Workovers included dual completion workovers and ESP installation.

● 5/2006 – 12/2007 - Drilling Engineer – Pioneer – Planned and Supervised daily operations of West Texas Pecos County 3000’ dual horizontal well. Planned 2500’ to 3500’ Horizontal Wells in North Barnett Shale.

● 4/2004 – 5/2006 Drilling Engineer – Houston Expl. - Supervised drilling operations Preparing AFE’s and Drilling Prognosis for three rigs drilling with air in Arkansas and 3 rigs drilling straight holes in E. Tx.

2/2003 -3/2004 Drilling Engineer- Gryphon- GOM – Preparing AFE’s and Drilling Prognosis for 17k to 20k wells in GOM with 15 ppg to 18.6 ppg.

8/2002 – 2/2003 - Wellsite Drilling Engineer – Nexen – GOM - 3100’ of Water – Daily Procedures, Costs, Casing Setting, Cement, Pore Pressure, Scheduling, Equipment, Well Control. Well was completed well with production of 6,600 BOPD and 6.6 MMCFPD. Well came in 28 days under AFE.

8/2001-8/2002 - Drilling Engineer - ExxonMobil - W. Texas - Drilling with Air – part of a team that broke 42 year record in Brown Basset Field and underbalanced drilling to 2.5 PPG underbalance and 2,000’ horizontal laterals. Wells produced 10 MMCD after completion.

Drilled wells in W. Tx, Permian and Delaware basin with mud caps and H2S to 10,000 ppm H2S.

3/’01 – 7/’01 - Wellsite Supervisor - Halliburton/Chevron - GOM - Drilled and completed two deep (17,000’ directional wells to 17 PPG .Directional Wells produced 30 MMCFD each after completion.

8/’00 – 3/’01 - Drilling Engineer - EOG - Trinidad – Drilled exploratory well to 19,000 feet. Primary sand confirmed potential production of 45 MMCFPD.

5/’00 – 8/’00 - Drilling Engineer – Chevron – GOM – Drilled three short radius horizontal wells out of a window in 7-5/8 inch casing from 1,800’ to 6,000’ in depth. The build rate was 16 /100 feet. The well on production at rates varying from 500 to 1500 BOPD

6/99 – 5/2000 - Drilling Engineer – Force Energy – Gulf of Mexico – Developed well plans from depths of 5,500’ to 14,200’ with angles of 25 - 82 and mud weights of 10.0 to 16.5 PPG. After completion wells produced from 2,000 BOPD / 40 MMCFPD for a gas well.

10/98-6/99 - Wellsite Supervisor – Halliburton/Burlington/ UPR – Venezuela – Drilled the well to 15,200 feet in 65 days – which is a record for a Venezuelan well to that depth.

3/98-10/98 - Drilling Engineer – Mobil – Kazakstan-Drilled two Exploratory wells to 14,000 feet in 50 days and below AFE. Well was originally planned for 120 days so the wells came in 70 days under AFE.

1/97-3/98Drilling Engineer – Mobil – Develop well programs for South Louisiana well to 14,000 feet for Gueydan Field with mud weights to 16.5 PPG. Completed was with 3- inch tubing produced 25 MMCFPD.

8/92 – 12/96 OPERATIONS ENGINEER, Equatorial Guinea (Africa)

Responsible for daily operations of a platform, which produces 90 million cubic feet of gas and 7,000 barrel of oil per day.

Handle all customs regulations and activity, including equipment going in and out of the country.

Work closely with government agencies to ensure cooperation with appropriate regulations.

4/91 - 7/92 HOWELL PETROLEUM. Houston, Texas - OPERATIONS ENGINEER

Responsible for production assignments in Northern Louisiana, South Texas and Southern Louisiana for this small independent production company. Responsible for installation of rods, pumps and pumping units for N. Louisiana oil field.

Assignments expanded to include offshore production programs involving analysis and development of production proposals. Economic evaluations, and recommendations associated with long-range strategy.
