Manage ordering process, assist Medicare Part B, Medicaid, EPIC, and DME Supply in conveyance of patient care medications/supplies, and implement Rite Aid adherence program to improve patient health outcomes.

Evaluate monthly financial reports, ledgers, and claims to develop pharmacy sales action plans, lead annual inventory audits, and devise strategies to control shrink and resolve shortages/excess.

Volunteer as LIU Preceptor: conduct orientations, set clear expectations, and coach and supervise students in alignment with College of Pharmacy course objectives and Experiential Education policies and procedures. Key Accomplishments:

Initiated community outreach and organized 10 immunization clinics per year in schools, hospitals and other organizations across NYC; trained staff on service and educated contacts on site set up/management.

Grew prescription count by 5-15% annually and maintained Top 3 position in immunizations at every location; specifically led Kings Highway store from lowest to highest rank (representing 70% increase in boosters).

Provided 20+ MTM services per month and collaborated with physicians on establishing cost-saving initiatives.
