Career Summary
My Achievements during fifty (50) years of professional work in Human Services include, but are not limited to
Supervision and coordination of program operations among various populations such as delinquent and dependent youth. MH/MR youth and adults, and families receiving Child Protective Services; developed individual and family service plans to address social, behavioral, medical, and psychological needs preparing reports of outcome measures for case review. I am a Certified State of Pennsylvania trainer for Child Protective Services Case Workers increasing father engagement in services and family reunification through visitation. Moreover, facilitated Parenting Groups at Philadelphia Prison system and Residential D&A Treatment programs for Parent Action Network where 75% of participants who completed sessions reported increase in positive reunification with children and families; served as Field Instructor to senior BSW & MSW students for Widener University training and supervising them for preparation, upon graduation to be employed in the Human Services field.
