FOUNDER BIBLICAL BASED PROFESSIONAL LIFE COACHING 2020-PRESENT

Designed a handbook for Biblical Based Professional Life Coaching as well as trained and coached others with his materials. Sought and received recognition from key institutions and accreditation organizations with his unique approach and materials.

PIONEER & LEADER WORD ALIVE MINISTRY YWAM KONA 2016-PRESENT

Pioneered Word Alive ministry in 2018. This has developed in to a Word Alive DTS, 2nd level school as well as a leadership development program. In the summer Word Alive runs a Family Bible camp for parents and children to take together.

PIONEER & LEADER AFRICAN BIBLE SAFARI USA AND AFRICA 2014-PRESENT

African Bible Safari seeks to engage key and strategic leaders within the continent of Africa for the purpose of Ending Bible Poverty. This includes equipping church leadership with the tools for Bible distribution, Bible Engagement and Biblical Spiritual Leadership Training.

To prepare the Sphere of Religion with the understanding of holistic development and transformation through the lenses of Biblical values. The value of life, women and children. The value of Marriage and family and Societal transformation.

Pioneered African Bible Safari training in Kribi Cameroon with national leaders in order to adequately implement the vision within Cameroon and neighboring countries.

PIONEER & LEAD INTERNATIONAL OUTREACHES YWAM NOEPE TOGO 2006-2008

Led the first international outreach focused on youth Discipleship Training Programs during the events of the Africa Nations Cup in Ghana.

In 2009 I was a coordinator of the international Leadership Conference held at the University of the Nations Campus in Nigeria including leaders and participants from 22 countries.

LEADER DTS TRAINING CENTER NIGERIA YWAM PORT HARCOURT NIGERIA 2004-2008

Pioneered, mentored and multiplied the Discipleship Training Schools across new bases in Nigeria, serving under the national leader Paul Dangtoumda who pioneered Youth With A Mission in Nigeria.

Training directors of Discipleship Training Schools and multiplying the DTS center to 5 locations in Nigeria. Led Discipleship Training teams in partnership with key church leaders across 28 states in Nigeria.

DTS LEADER YWAM PORT HARCOURT NIGERIA 2002-2004

In 2003 I led the DTS outreach team to engage youth during the Africa under 23 nations cup held at Abuja, Nigeria.

September 2002 I attended the African Leadership Training for Discipleship school directors at Youth With A Mission in Koutiala, Mali, while also assisting the National Director from Nigeria to lead the delegation into this training program.

The purpose of T.R.I.P.S. is leadership development for societal transformation in all of the seven spheres of society. By empowering key leaders they will proceed to train their own community to rise up and positively impact their own spheres of society.

TRIPS has initiated executive leadership conferences to train and equip key leaders across all 7 spheres of society (name the spheres). Between 2016 and 2018 successfully trained and equipped more than 1200 participants from across Cameroon, Nigeria, Togo, Democratic Republic of Congo and Niger.
