Login to assigned lines for Factory Production Schedule/ Reports and Quality Test for each line running. collect the number of bottles allocated for testing at startup of shift for each line running. Use the electric pallet jack, to load preforms into each hopper on 2 separate blow mold machines, making sure hopper does not get low, jammed or runout of preforms. Scan preform tickets and enter into pick to production schedule and print out ticket(s) for production waste containers, and move to warehouse loading area, with a electric pallet jack.

Collect data from each blow mold machine at startup and thru-out entire shift with the use of Intellispec BNS Vision Inspection System from Pressco for defects of preforms and bottles.

Fill out Process Control paper work at startup for each blowmold machine which consists of Product Order, preforms, temperature, air cooling/pressure, pre-blow high and low etc.

Conduct Quality Testing and Visuals of preforms and bottles testing every 2-4 hours. visual overview of bottles and quality testing of numbered bottles for each line to be tested, and pallets produced for each hour in downstream packaging.

Check with the packaging machine operator, to make sure the downstream packaging lines, are running optimal productivity speed, for pallet output per hour.

Get a visual and physical overview of concerns in downstream packaging/palletizer operations area for each Blowmold line and packaging line. speak with packaging machine operator about issues arising with table conveyors, air conveyors, and laser alarms and palletizer and strapper stops or breakdowns. Help packaging machine operator with bottles, palletizer, emergency breakdowns and repair maintenance, relieve packaging machine operator for breaks and lunches. Change-overs: clean all blowmold machines out, and hoppers to assigned lines, and stage waste in warehouse loading area, assist the package machine operator if needed.
