WI RNG Hub North LLC – Gillett, WI

Coordinated construction activities for an anerobic digester and installation of all manure piping for a 6,000 head dairy farm. Completed project will collect and process manure through the anerobic digester to collect the methane, remove H2S through filtration, compress and inject the RNG into a natural gas pipeline.

Developed and tested a zero-emission rubber gasification/sublimation process, which took rubber tire chips and converted them to usable energy. Working prototype resulted in the generation of 13.2 MMBTU/Hr. from an input of 7.8 Lbs./Min of tire chip raw materials, with zero emissions.

Terramax Develoment Corp. -- Monroe, GA

Conducted a failure analysis to determine why the company was unprofitable and unable to deliver projects on time. After diagnosing and implementing corrective strategies, Terramax gained a net revenue increase of $162K in the first 16 weeks of implementation. This performance led to an ongoing, full time project manager position for all company development projects in northeast Georgia.

Coordinated and scheduled the installation activities for a 750 MW, natural gas fired combined cycle electric generation station. Responsibilities included hydrostatic testing of all piping systems which met ASME B31.1 Power Piping requirements.

Granite Ridge Combined Cycle Energy Project – Londonderry, NH

Analyzed and successfully worked with a design engineering firm to implement necessary modifications to convert a new 750MW, natural gas fired, gray water-cooled electric generating station designed for south Texas, for use in New Hampshire.
