Dealing with Household Goods and Bubbleguard in Delhi, Punjab and Haryana

Mutual Industries Limited initiated domestic operations in the year 2020 in Bubbleguard division and household division in Nov 2021.

I have join the company in July 2021 and looking after both the household and Bubbleguard division, Leading a team of Sales executives senior seles executives, Area Sales executives.

I have appointed 5 Distributors in Delhi and Gurgaon in Bubbleguard and increase the sale from Zero to 25 lac per month.

I also appointed two Superstockist in Delhi, Haryana and Punjab in Household Division.

Appointed 5 Distributor in Delhi, 4 Distributor in Haryana, and 7 in Punjab area so far in Household division.

I have joined the company in Dec 2019 taken the charge of Haryana as Area Sales Manager.

I was handling two Super Stockist and 18 Distributors and 1500 retailers in the state.

There is a team of 3 sales officers under me to execute their assigned targets.

After lockdown I was also looking after the Spotzero brand in Gurgaon and Faridabad.

I have worked in Bata in two different states. Haryana and Chandigarh. The last consignment was Haryana State and worked as Area Sales Manager

I joined as Sales officer and got two promotions. Senior Sales officer and then Area Sales Manager, led a team of Sales officers and FSRs to complete my assignments.

Appointed 15 new distributors in Haryana and the no. of parties increased to 18 from 3 when I took the charge of the state.

Spearheaded the operations in Haryana with 18 distributors and is responsible for the revenue growth and market share for the company in the Region. The Sale growth of Haryana rose to 65 lacs from 17 lacs when I took the charge of Haryana.

Open the Super stockist in Faridabad for Haryana and build the new distributors in different districts of Haryana to maximize the retailers coverage of the state.

Led a team and handle 18 distributors and 1 super stockist in Haryana.

Minimise the disputes of the previous distributors as well as the retailers which help me to penetrate the market effectively.

The sale of the A and B category retailers also taken care by me and increased their sales through the secondary schemes floatation and some special offers approved from the Co.
