EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE

2021 to Present SFSU Chief engineer assistant Director of engineering. San Francisco, CA

Oversee a crew of 80 engineers for the facilities department: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Custodian departments. Plus oversee high rise housing. 25 to 30 thousand students. Campus full square footage is 5,000,000 Million Sq Ft.

Oversee average of $20-$30 million projects pertaining to Hvac, Electrical and Plumbing.

Assist with Teamsters union along with the shop Stewart for hiring and firing interviewing new personnel for all departments as mentioned above. Meet up with safety committee: Schedule Safety meetings held daily, weekly and monthly ongoing follow up and follow through “Safety first. All departments along with all facilities supervisors. Conduct payroll daily along with absentees work closely with HR and payroll follow up and follow through with their procedures for absentees, Sick, Vacation, Days, PTO + Review tracking for all facilities departments. CHIEF ENGINEER / ENGINEERING CONSULTANT:

Lead a team of and three engineers with prevented maintenance program and repairs 50% behind the desk 50% out in the field with facility technicians’ engineers.

Implement SOP/SOW for PM program, 300,000 ft. of property/maintenance program i.e. HVAC electrical plumbing and Life Safety.
