Assumes all responsibilities from the Production Associate position up to and including the Team Lead position
Ensure day-to-day department operations function efficiently with appropriate staffing levels
Manually operate problematic line operations regularly to detect, troubleshoot, and correct issues
Analyze monthly department labor cost, internal rejects, operational overhead, equipment, etc and provide input on process improvement/optimization opportunities to Assistant Manager
Review, monitor, and approve departmental bills/invoices against budgeted amounts to mitigate cost overruns
Work with department Assistant Manager to plan, manage, review, and monitor annual department budget
