Position: Manager/ Assistant Manager Tax and Corporate Affairs
Job Description:
He/ She would be reporting to the Corporate Affairs Team Leader. He/ She will work closely with the Finance Team members and Operational COOs.
Transfer Pricing
Handling transfer pricing analysis and reporting
Reviewing transfer pricing disclosures
International Tax
Analysing Tax Implications of entering new markets or transactions
Review of client contracts and inter-company agreements from a tax perspective
Provide support with various corporate structuring and tax related projects
Develop and implement strategic tax planning
Support tax audits including transfer pricing audits and responding to tax authorities
Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the effects of these developments to management and the tax team and create strategies to capitalize on changes to taxation legislation.
Company Secretarial Matters
Support in Company Secretarial Matters
Essential Educational Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field / MBA in Finance
Required Work Experience:
5+ years of relevant tax and financial experience and some exposure to company secretarial matters.
Proven experience in Tax, Accounting and Company Affairs matters.
