1985 thru 1995, Self employed Contractor for Cable Television companies, converted systems to Fiber

Optic backbone format.

1995 thru 2006, Self employed as real estate investor. Bought and sold single family properties. Self-

performed 90% of all renovation efforts on a total of 12 properties.

2007 thru Oct 2018, Safety representative for The Sargent Electric Company. Provided OHSA Safety

compliance training for qualified electricians for many Fortune 500 Companies. Responsible for

Purchasing, Stocking, Filling orders and general warehousing of Safety equipment and tooling for large

Electrical Contractor.

Nov 2018 thru Nov 2020 worked on warehousing crew at Zoll Lifevest with forklifts and electronic

tracking systems.

Nov 2020 thru Jan 2021 at Forms & Surfaces, operated forklift to move product thru manufacturing

plant and loaded and unloaded trucks.

May 2021 thru May 2022 at Benshaw Inc, supervised crew of 12 on electrical assembly.

May 2022 to present at North Park Golf Course, part time ranger
