National Team Leader responsible for the athlete and coach environment spanning 15 years of competitive excellence. Developed and executed on multi-year plans and schedules on strategic and tactical activities focused on preparation and competition in 4 Olympic Games, 2 PanAm Games, 1 World University Games, 1 Youth Olympic Games, and many World Championship events resulting in multiple medals across all competitions.

PFIZER, INC., Peapack, NJ March 2006 – December 2021 Senior Manager, Process Engineering, Portfolio and Business Operations, July 2020 – December 2021 Owner/Steward for the primary ITIL processes (Change, Configuration, Incident, Problem) across the Pfizer Digital organization managing over 103,500 infrastructure devices. Maintain and stabilize the infrastructure used in the creation of the COVID19 vaccine and submissions for government approval.
Led the migration of ITIL processes to a new ITSM tool over a 3-year program that improved efficiencies and modernized the IT service management processes.
Increased efficiencies, by 25%, in the Change and Configuration processes through automation, optimization, and reduction of process steps and documentation.
