Operate Wilson Hardness tester to measure Hardness of Material.
Operate Larson Spring tester from 1 lb to 150 lb springs, using different load & Rex Durometer (to inspect Ring Hardness)
Use standard Measuring Instruments like, Optical Comparator, Micro Height gage, Mitutoyo Profilometer (to measure Surface finish), Drop gage, Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Depth gage, Intertest, height gage, Plug & Ring Thread gages, Pin gages, Federal gages, X-ray Meachine (to verify Materials), Use of Microscope.
Inspect Coils using Hipot tester (Insulation & Dielectric Test), Multimeter, Coil turn tester.
Perform Welding Inspection
Perform Incoming inspection of Raw materials, verify materials.
Assist other inspector to resolve complex issues, train new hire inspectors.
Create & Document Non-conformance material report.
Document all records of quality data into AQL systems &
