Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.

Ensure that all work is carried out as per the contract and client specification.

Plan, organize and supervise and control the housekeeping staff and ensure prompt, efficient and quality service to customers as per the standards required by the contract and objectives set by superiors.

Achieve excellence in the housekeeping service offered to enhance client’s satisfaction.

Liaise with superior to receive instructions and feedback and discuss day to day operational requirement, achievements, and improvement.

Ensure smooth and timely housekeeping service without causing any interruptions or inconvenience to clients, by proper planning specific to the location requirement.

Closely monitor staff during service hours and guide them as and when required.

Prepare duty roster of staff on site and monitor compliance. Always ensure proper allocation of duties to control overtime and proper manning levels.

Ensure that time sheets are completed daily and in accordance with statutory regulations.

Request monthly for the supplies for housekeeping. Check incoming supplies from stores for quality, quantity, and damage.

Issue chemicals and equipment’s required for the execution of the housekeeping service and maintain records.

Control the proper usage and maintenance of machines, tools and equipment used in housekeeping and arrange for repair or replacement as and when necessary.

Conduct random and regular inspections to check the quality of service delivered and performance of housekeepers against housekeeping check list. QHSE

Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with the quality, health, safety and environment management system.

Ensure all incidents, fire, loss, theft, near misses and damages are reported to supervisors immediately and proper procedure are followed. In addition, where appropriate take immediate action.

Adhere to and comply with all the company and clients QHSE policies. Such as Shell Golden rules, Life Saving Rules, and substance abuse policy.

Use correct PPE and maintain them in good condition.

Ensure all jobs tasks are performed in alignment with company environment policies to prevent pollution.

Intervene in case of unsafe condition or unsafe act is observed also promote health and safety within the company.
