Maintained production in 1 of 9 areas that I was qualified to run in the production of Bounty Paper Towel, which included the daily maintenance and repair of production lines to ensure optimal performance and quality of the product. As a Quality Function Leader, (QFL), I was responsible for the quality of the product my team produced; as an Organizational Capability Leader (OCL), I was responsible for resolving personnel conflicts on a team level. In this new position, my responsibilities included performing audits on agents’ debit books to ensure their collections were up to date and all monies were accounted for and recorded properly to ensure our clients' insurance policies did not lapse. I also conducted training for the new agents that were appointed to my staff and assisted them with writing new policies for existing and new clients. I was required to keep my insurance licenses active and remain up to date on any changes in the insurance laws.
