Construction Management
Plan, direct, coordinate any budget any
type of Construction Project. Schedule and
coordinate design. Oversee all construction
processes including Architects,
Engineering, planning, permits, Contractors,
Sub-Contractors and Suppliers.
Project Management
Balance the time, budget and scope of the
Project. Define a projects goal, create a
plan, and produce a schedule. Monitor
progress and close out project expeditious-
ly upon completion. Work as a liaison
between Supervisor, Design Team and
Client . Provide overall support when and
where needed in all aspects of the
Project
Project Supervision
Directly supervise on site trades. Create daily
and multiple week look ahead schedules..
Create and oversee a safe and amicable
working environment including weekly job
box meetings. Provide detailed daily reports
highlighting the days activities. Report and
work with the entire Project Team with
constant communication with all the Trades
Estimating
Accurately forecast the cost, size and
duration of a project. Create and ana-
lyze incoming information, pricing
and formulate projected costs. Pro-
pose and provide cost saving
measures.
Owners Representation
Work with Owners from Project in-
ception. Planning, Zoning, Engineer-
ing, Architects, Building Depart-
ments, General Contractors. Creating
accurate budgets. Putting the right
Team together and managing all
these parts as a unit with the ultimate
goal for a successful Project on time
and under budget.
