Coordinate all promotional aspects for audience; Newspaper Ads, flyers and tickets distributions.

Effectively communicate instructions and itinerary to TV audience members. Ensure audience members follow studio rules and expectations.

Full supervision of audience during taping; incharge of warm-ups, greetings and seating arrangements. Coordinate audience check-in, loading and unloading from set.

Liaise with studio employees and production staff.

Contact special audience group members to be a part of the filming.
