Reported directly to the Georgetown Condominium Association’s Board of Trustees.

Accomplishments:

* Established new services and policy procedures that decreased operational expenses, changed a yearly budget deficit into a surplus from 2008 without sacrificing the quality of services provided.

* Created wholesale accounts for natural gas.

* Developed and monitor an annual operating budget of $1,200,000 including a reserve capitol project budget of $100,000 per year.
