Position Patient Services Representative and Medical Records Clerk This office facility offers radiological exams such as CT scan, MRI, Nuclear Medicine imaging, Mammograms, Ultrasounds and X-rays. I work as a PSR and Medical Records clerk and I hold the title of being a "Float" so I get to travel to all three of our locations to cover whenever a coworker may be sick, or the office needs additional help for the day. I work in a very fast paced office and we see approximately 65 scheduled patients a day as well as any walk in patients. Some of my job requirements are as follows.

• Checking in patients who have scheduled appointments.

• Verifying patients insurance.

• Printing the next day's patient's roster and putting them together making sure the exam has been scheduled correctly, and that we have a prescription on file so they can have their exam.
