2001-2013- I was a preschool teacher for 12 years. This experience alone taught me how to really teach others. How to take the knowledge at hand and mold it into a package that another person can understand and use. I was also given the opportunity to facilitate trainings for up to 200 staff and management as well as onboard new teachers that came into the company.
