Two years as a Care Coordinator and Life Skill Instructor for children and families, as well as adults. Comted case management documentation, communicated with a team of professionals, and taught skills ranging from emotional regulation to daily living skills. Coordinated with DCS teams, and conducted supervised visits with parents returning home after incarceration. Over four years as Wraparound Facilitator, coordinating with families, professionals, and ancillary team members to focus on family strengths and use evidence based practice to support the family in meeting their goals and needs.
Harrison College and MedTech College, 2012-2013 adjunct instructor part-time. Taught Critical Thinking and Introduction to Psychology courses to LPN and Medical Assistant students. Prepared patient charts, completed audits and entered charges for procedures, and communicated with a team of surgeons, nurses, and ancillary staff to expedite patient flow from time of entry to the hospital to discharge from outpatient surgery. Communication included, gathering lab work and compiling other necessary paperwork needed for pre surgical preparation, and communicating with the team the day of surgery to follow up if needed.

Presentation— 2018 Systems of Care Conference

Prepared, submitted proposal for, and presented to attendees, a Wraparound approach to manage the fear response from trauma, for youth and families in Indiana's high fidelity wraparound program. The presentation focused on identifying setting conditions to manage crises, and, strengths to reduce recidivism of runaway behavior.
