Responsible for generating leads, launching the service onsite, inventory control, payroll, collateral material, developed training for “Butler’s” and all operational SOP’s. Responsible for Customer service, building partnerships and renewals for existing clients coupled with new business contracts. Actively participating in industry trade shows and multi-family exhibits nationwide. Trash Butler raised 4.2 mm in funding to scale the business in 2018.

CMI is service provider to the multi-family industry; services include carpet restoration and resurface counter tops, tubs and cabinets. Initially started with one service truck and grew to 10 within 24 months of opening the division.
