Role : Sr.Executive (Production line feeding, Inbound & Outbound inventory management)
Inbound and logistics line feeding inside ISUZU plant based on production plan (Both JIT & STO)
Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations
Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization in TCF, Body shop & Power train location
Maintain safety, health and security standards inside plant and warehouse
Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport vendors for MR and JIT materials
CKD lot movement line feeding for all shop production
Plan work rotate, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate contract workers & operators
Generate reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, Discrepancy tracking report etc)
Monitor skill matrix of contract workers and on-roll staff against KPI
to customer correctly
Coordinate with transport subcontractor for truck deployment in the regular and urgent shipment
Manage, communicate, work, control dispatching process to ensure that any movement and transaction is correct in quantity and quality, according to work instruction Milk Run Logistics:
Manage Milk run operation team and subcontractor for efficient Milk run delivery
Control operating cost within customer P/L budget and ensure all the charges are invoiced
Ensure that all activities are performed under and in accordance with written procedure and customer requirement
Analyze current routing and coordinate with customer to redesign routing and window time to accommodate change in volume or requirement
Drive the transportation operation team to correct and prevent any issues in transport process, ISO compliance
Role: Project & Achievement during the period:
Responsible for warehouse Activities including inbound and outbound.
Responsible for handling the manpower and allocation of manpower’s in warehouse (Receiving, packing & picking and dispatch area).
Handling & Receipt of raw materials from suppliers as PO QTY & ensuring the GRN in SAP on timely.
Based on the GRN slip, inspected parts are moved to Quality Inspection area for insupection.
Received materials are counted by checking based on the invoices or by the slip which is provided.
Ensuring all the GRN completed invoices has submitted to Finance Dept on time.
Ensuring all GRN material has updated in proper locations in SAP.
Binning the Materials with the allotted Locations.
Managing the Receiving & Binning Team, verifying the Invoice document received from Vendor.
To handling the finished product in warehouse. Movement of finished
Goods from production to warehouse, storage of finished goods, dispatch of finished goods to customers.
Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area.
Make sure that all outgoing shipments are labeled properly.
