Skills Summary
As a Scrum Master I was able to use effective communication and collaborative skills for many experiences with conflict resolution resulting in positive outcomes with the use of empathetic and interpersonal skills. As a team time management is very important and can be implemented well if we are detail orientated and adaptable to any needs and changes within the team or personal circumstances.
Soft skills allow me to facilitate meetings effectively and demonstrate servant leadership while gaining experience in forecasting, agile planning, estimation and coaching. Team support is the main focus as it allows me to be effective in shielding the team from any problems and also removing impediments in order to deliver valuable working software. As an SM you must have the ability to demonstrate a servant leadership style leading by example while engaging and motivating teams toward a common goal.
