Successfully explored partnerships with private sector entities, universities, and communities through sharing services, improving asset management, and realigning tasks to other government and non-government organizations (NGOs), communities and the private sector. Partnerships increased capabilities and capacities while reducing operating costs and the cost of services. Efficiently maximized the Army Reserve's security cooperation engagement strategy with USARCENT and USCENTCOM.
Theater Security Operation activities included providing coordinating vetted interpreter/translator as well as other civilian contracted subject matter expertise support for missions throughout the Middle East. Many of the projects coordinated involved the hiring of security clearance vetted civilian interpreter support. However, several projects coordinated required the successful vetting and travel coordination of security management professionals, engineering, public works, and other contracted subject matter civilian personnel. Programs and projects coordinated routinely facilitated in reducing identified security capability gaps and shortfalls to meet security management challenges within foreign partnering countries in support of U.S. interests.
