I have worked very closely with Leah Underdown in The Ritz-Carlton Spa since April

2005. I hired her as an Esthetician who I found to be very talented at the very start. In Esthetics she is very knowledgeable in various skincare lines, massage modalities, and strives in the top retail sales in the spa. She has a passion for this industry and her guests are always happy to see her again.

Leah shows tremendous interest in learning and growing. In addition to Esthetics, she took on the role as a Ritz-Carlton Learning Coach. She was responsible for different levels of teaching for our spa staff. She was always there for our Lead Esthetician as well as Leadership in the spa. She became a role model and example of what I expected from our staff.

Leah was very interested in learning more. If I had the chance I would recommend her for The Ritz-Carlton Management Development Readiness Program. She showed much potential to participate in this selective program. I volunteered to write this letter for Leah because I am very grateful for her contributions to our spa. She has strong work ethic and will be an asset where she chooses to be. I do recommend her and wish her much success.
