Advancing through progressively responsible, 27-year service tenure with career success leading preventive corrective maintenance and motor pool operations in alignment with readiness, performance, safety, and quality objectives. Manage motor pool and small arms maintenance operations, shops, and teams for Quartermaster and Engineer Logistics Company, direct on-site field maintenance and inspection efforts for a wide range of customers. Routinely travel to geographically distributed sites pick-up delivery of equipment and vehicles for maintenance. Hold responsibility for operational safety and compliance with organizational policies, (SOP) standard operating procedures. Technical manuals repair standards, quality objectives, and regulatory compliance requirements. Inventory and requisition mission critical parts; manage high-dollar tool equipment inventories, supervise tool maintenance and calibration, and ensure tool equipment serviceability. Partner with vendors and diverse internal stakeholders decision makers to facilitate complex maintenance logistics, collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, such as test measurement and diagnostic equipment (TMDE) team. Produce and retain comprehensive maintenance logs, data, and records. Operate and update logistics, supply chain, and maintenance information management systems, including ULL-G, GCSS- Army SAMS-E, ALMS, DTS, and DTMS. Perform personnel evaluation and administer personnel training records. Total of 65 items in rolling stock. Totaling dollar figure is 32 million dollars of equipment that I maintain. I manage drivers training, maintenance training, Anti-Terrorism training, Air Conditioning technician training, Physical security and Key control. (UMOC) Unit Movement Officers Course Liaise and collaborate with the (PMO) Program Management Office to analyze and resolve complex engineering problems related to weapons and parts deficiencies. Routinely develop improved repair processes and methodologies, documenting recommended improvements for PMO review approval. Direct end-to-end acceptance, inspection, diagnosis, disassembly, repair, reassembly, testing, and validation for all maintenance items. Work closely with manufacturers to resolve mechanical- deficiencies and defects. Conduct ongoing team training and development, providing high-caliber technical and professional training, coaching, mentoring, and qualification; as principal technical instructor. Supervise 20 technicians within 2 shops and train 120 Soldiers on drivers training and PMCS (Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services) Hold diverse collateral duties, including Physical Security Manager and Anti-Terrorism Level II Manager.
