PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Working Directly with Oilfield Petro/Chemical Operations for 15 plus years, ASRC November 2015 to present working closely with ConocoPhillips facility maintenance crew as the lead technician. Perform duties to maintain and repair a wide variety of equipment in an oil and gas production facility. Scheduling day to day operational duties for production systems of processing plant facility and drill sites. Using the SAP computer program in conjunction with duties. ASRC Lead in vessel clean out, installing vessel piping, working in hydro shop, on hot taps, on piping in all three CPF’s, knowledge with all processes on the drill sites and all CPF’s. Facilitate/Assist with Operations Special Projects and turnarounds, and assist operations. Make operations safer and more standardized. Work in alignment with engineering specifications approved through MOC process with completion of mechanical completion. Complete as-built redlines with engineering support for MOC documentation closeouts. Responsible for safety performance of third-party resources working under direct supervision. Participate in investigations and integrate lessons learned for project specific applicability. Material procurement with supply chain and guidelines within ConocoPhillips specifications. Manage projects specific to expectations while following guidelines for manpower needs and staying within guidelines and cost targets, while following all safety policy and procedures. Keep production and operations safe. Work closely on a daily basis with operations.

Technical Skills:
Oil production facility skills and experience includes working effectively with all operations personnel, gaining knowledge of technical duties. Cut and prepare pipe for welders, install piping, bolt up piping, screw piping. Knowledge of welding and all aspects of welding trade. Extensive knowledge of Sprinkler systems, pipe fitting, tools and trade. Experience of scaffold building. Experience in high lift and ground equipment. Extensive experience in bolt and flange work and removal and installation of valves.
