Identified major shortcomings within all modules. Very successful in developing module cross training with process, QC and maintenance groups to increase flexibility due to employee shortages. Met lots of resistance in the beginning but the training was very successful. Corporate TI requested that the training get fanned out to all TI plants worldwide.
