● The Benefits Annotator web application allows the Benefits consultants to get the information about cost share data elements- Coinsurance, Copay, Deductible amounts that the member pays or the provider pays for a given service. The application allows the user to upload the 200 page PDF Summary Plan Documents and Summary Benefits Coverage documents that are converted into the JSON format by the OCR engine and in turn calls the ACD Benefits cartridge that uses Natural Language Processing to return the coinsurance, copay, deductible values for the services obtained by the member.
