oReport about the company: This company emerged in an opportunity to supply promotional t-shirts and migrated to its own brand with trademark registration in the PTO. The brand's products were worked with great excellence, both in the development of the t-shirt designes and in the use of raw material, in order to obtain a product of superior quality. We put our own store in a wholesale mall and operate for 3 years in the segment. The end of the company was due to the great regional crisis in the textile market occurred in 2009 that seriously compromised the company's customers, making it not support the high default.

oCompany report: This company emerged as an Emporium focused on the sale of products focused on Oriental cuisine. Due to the great demand of customers for food production, we decided to start in the restaurant segment, but fleeing the common place of other restaurants in the market that work with traditional cuisine. We started looking for differentiated raw material and started in the development of differentiated dishes using the traditional structure of assembly of the dishes but with the use of exclusive sauces of own manufacture. The preparation and development of new dishes was accentuated when our restaurant became the center of attention of the city, reaching the point of formation of queues at the door of the restaurant, even though it is not yet open for service. We received an indication of the best restaurant in the segment by Veja Comer e Beber magazine and a report on a site of great influence in the city in which we are installed. An expansion of the restaurant was made only 2 years after the opening of the company and the part of product sales in retail and wholesale reduced to virtually zero, due to the focus on the restaurant. Our restaurant today is the most plagiarized on the market and always the reference by costumers and competitors. We started the process of franchising the company in 2017, but the beginning of the crisis that until now affects Brazil began to compromise the company's expansion plans and so we suspended the franchise. Despite the drop in movement due to the decrease in the general income of Brazilians, our restaurant is still one of the most praised and visited in the city. The high tax burden added to the impact of the variation of the dollar, which is the currency that bases the prices of our raw materials, since more than 70% are imported, make the business not very stable and profitable.
