Assist in Leasing and customers in daily work orders and enjoying apartment living. Parks at Wynnewood, Tax Credit property: Leasing - 1100 units Tax Credit properties are income restricted and have government restrictions on all aspects of leasing paperwork, prequalifying any inquiries. There are extensive rules and regulations based on several factors that are audited and monitored by the Lincoln audit team and government institutions. Income analysis required, documented and sent in for the audit team for approval for move in and renewing residents.
