Primary Responsibilities:

Make sure that the entire payroll-related and attendance details are entered into the payroll software.

Maintaining and reviewing employee daily attendance data to keep track of employee absenteeism.

Process the monthly payroll and ensure the timely and accurate payout to all

Prepare all documents required by Accounts for charging to the respective Bu’s

Process salaries for employees under WPS and Non WPS

Full spectrum of Payroll for REF

Set up and maintain Payroll filing and records retention system.

Coordinate with other Departments in relation to Payroll Issue.

Prepare and submit monthly payroll and provision reports with project cost allocations to Finance department

End of year processing and reconciliation including payment summaries and provision for audit

Employee update and new hire registration in payroll system

Verifying pay discrepancies and pay slip generation /distribution to employees

Consult and fulfills Annual audit by E&Y on payroll section

Prepares Transfer Action Sheet including Transfer of Dues for Staff.

Prepares RELEASE ACTION SHEET such as Termination and Resignation, etc.

Prepares Leave Settlement and Final Settlement for Staff.

Manpower allocation and tracking.

Allocation and splitting internal transfer of the employees as per section.

Maintaining time sheets, employees’ worksheets, and computing the wages of the employees.

Processing issues related to employees’ compensation/receivables.

Administer a filling system for all documentations with the ability for fast and easy retrieval to provide the same to section staff as and when required.

Assemble various document packages, prepare copies (Controlled/un-controlled) for distribution, and maintain record of the same. Verify and ensure their correctness before passing on to the required person.

Other specific duties related to contracts administration as assigned by the division manager or Head of section.

Keeping track of employees’ leaves such as sick leave, personal leaves, vacations, etc.

Keeping track of absence of employees from work due to official travel.

Keeping track of employee transfers, resignations, and exemptions to keep the payroll records updated
