* Working Exposure with First Supercritical Boiler (BARH II, 2 x 660 MW), APPDCL KRISHNAPATNAM (2 X 800MW BOILER), YERAMARAS (2 X 800MW BOILER) and BARA (2 X 660MW BOILER).

* Conversant with ASME, IS codes/Specifications, IBR codes; technically proficient with AutoCAD 2D & 3D, MS Office, Windows and other Internet Applications.

*Studying & analyzing all boiler attachments in scope as per Alstom Design Standard, Alstom Standard Drawing & contract specific input drawings from API Windsor in order to provide input for manufacturing drawings.

* Detail drawings of Pressure parts of straight Panels, different elements (i.e. reheater, superheater, Economizer etc.) headers.

* Preparation of Tube bend data sheet, isometric drawings of tubes and pipes, spiral wall drawings,

* Drawings of Spiral panels, SOFA, WINDBOX, Weld Pad drawings, Preparation of code sheet for tube bending.

* Preparation of Arrangement, Detail, Attachment, O.I. Sketch of boiler pressure parts (like Panels, Header, Loose tubes & Piping).

* Preparation of Ordering Information, Shipment Drawings, Erection B.O.M., Weight Calculations.

* Shipping Frame of projects like Cambodia (Sihanoukville), Telangana, North Chennai.

* Cutting Information or Nesting of Metal Sheets in Most2D software.(Plate cutting software)

* Knowledge of P&ID’s (Piping & Instrumentation Drawings, Steam & Water path).

* Preparing BDS (Boiler Design Standard) for Windsor.

* Maintaining regular coordination with other disciplines including vendor during all stages of the design with involved engineering personnel.

Generation of ordering information for component items considering necessary allowances as per the manufacturing procedures of shop floor & readily available material specification.

Ensuring Manufacturing Fit to Design:

Determination of type of detailing, quantity, material specification & exact location of radiographic plugs required for testing field welds at erection site based on standard & customer requirements. Safety:
