*** ***** **** **** ● Windham ● ME 04062 ● Phone:207-***-**** Designer: Distinctive Tile & Design Yarmouth, ME January 2021 – October 2022

Managed all customer relations

Two years of experience with Quickbooks. (Estimates, Invoices, Vendor Ordering, and Payments)

Ordered product, checked on and received product, followed up with customer for pick up and troubleshooted if needed.

Designed Master Bathrooms, kitchen backslash, study rooms, and every room on a new home build.

Handled more than 6 clients at once all with specific needs and different designs in mind.

Skilled in Time Management, went to college for culinary, time was of the essence in the kitchen.

Navigated around marriage disagreements, little ones getting antsy, and disgruntled customers. Not happy that their install date was pushed back a week.

Remolded the showroom, step displays, and wings displays. They were all relocated for a better customer experience, collaborated with vendors on new samples to bring in.

The Designing World suited me very well, my customers loved me, and I appreciated them very much. Machinist: Helical Solutions Gorham, ME January 2019 – October 2020

Worked with tight tolerance jobs between .0001-.0004 with .001 of back taper.

Well versed with Micrometer, Calipers, Saint Mary’s, lbs (Length Before Shank), loc (length Of Cut), Chuck disassemble & reassembled, Collets, Flex Bar, Starrett, Lathes, Surface Grinder, Tru Techs and Robot processing.

Operated 7 different machines, which takes focus and understanding, wheel speeds, plunge depths, spindle speeds, and roll off time. It also depends on the program, and how many sweeps or repeats it would need to make to remove enough material to add an angle.

Job preparation mattered, as I doubled to triple my output from the first shift crew by managing my set up and my plugging. As one wheel was lifting, my other Tru Tech wheel was setting down, all 7 machines were being plugged like a constant Mary-Go-Round.

Machinist: Tube Hollow International Windham, ME December 2017 – January 2019

This job required full attention to detail, speed, organization, and adapting to new changes.

Operated heavy Machinery, sharpened drills on a grinding wheel, and used a sand blaster. Landscaper: Grounds Crew Falmouth, ME May 2017 - December 2017

Truck driving, edging, mulching, sheering, planting, sawing, and weeding

Backpack blowing, racking, pruning, and decorating business depending on season.

Building ravines or roads, and a little bit of anything else the customers are looking for. Sales Representative: Verizon Portland, ME December 2015 – May 2017

Pushed and hit the goals the company projected, worked with diverse clientele, followed up with prospects.

Learned about the customer with relatable questions, always wanting to make a personal connection for the customer to feel at ease and welcomed.

Processed store inventory audits, signed and received packages

Helped all ages with learning curves (I had a frantic lady call, her flashlight wouldn’t shut off, I was able to walk her through the steps right over the phone, she was a happy lady by the end) No matter how minoot to some, it can feel like the end of the world to others. Understanding that people learn and perceives differently, is a huge help when working with customers, because you take a step back and think.
