During this time, I have demonstrated familiarity with, and expertise in, current and emerging technologies, particularly those used in the cyber security as well as experience in all aspects of IT resource and program management, including budget formulation and execution, resource forecasting, allocation, and utilization, and long and short-range planning. Led the development, oversight and implementation of product management of vendor services and solutions to improve and enhance organization goals and objectives. I have managed information systems and cyber security budgets from $250,000 to over $500,000,000.

Oversaw the development and implementation of technical services and solutions supported the company goals and objectives. Provided leadership and management of the day-to-day operation of the NNSA Chief Information Officer Office. Oversee the daily operation of all information technology and cybersecurity activities, including security operation, information assurance, policy development and implementation, contractor oversight and budget management. Oversaw the implementation of vendor products services and solutions. Develop product management capabilities. Managed a department with 35 federal staff. 215 support contractor staff and $300M combined budget. Collaborated with NNSA major infrastructure vendor to develop and implement the cloud-based infrastructure to support program execution. Worked closely with the DOE Chief Information Officer, to implement federal and department level requirements and policy direction.

Direct and oversee the development of the Information Technology and Cybersecurity Strategic Plan for NNSA.

Direct and oversee the development and implementation of activities to implement FITARA.

Oversaw the development and implementation of vendor product services and solutions. Led the product management development capabilities. Had direct management of information management and cybersecurity budget of over $200M and a staff of 30 feds and 125 support contractors.

Managed 15 federal staff, 85 support contractors, and a budget of over $125M combined budget.
