WORK EXPERIENCE DUTIES:

Office management including scheduling, insurance verifications and billing. Orientation of new clients, maintaining and ordering office supplies, accepting referrals, screening new clients, and getting proper paperwork to meet HIPAA standards and DDAP regulations. I tracked and maintained proper authorizations, reporting to different agencies as needed for the clients. I maintained client files from the intake and evaluation to the time of discharge. I was also responsible for collecting the co pays and monitored files for billing issues.

While I was a loan processor, I qualified clients for their mortgage approval, coordinating of all inspections and necessary paperwork to process the loan entirely from application to the closing of the loan including funding. Customer Service and constant updates to the clients was essential.
