JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.First Drawing study.

2.Do make operation list.

3.Do make machining process (sizing, 2D&3D profiles machining, etc.,).

4.2D-profiles operations like pockets & projections m/c, spotting, drilling,Reaming, Boring, etc.,

5.3D-profiles all operations, we collect cam program form CAM department.

6.Choose the machine for machining process.

7.Choose the raw material & required size for this job.

8.Do make right angle & sizing on raw material of job.

9.Choose the method of clamping & Take XYZ reference with respect CAM reference.

10. Next, start the CNC program Manual & CAM program.

11. After completed roughing operations, once again, we confirmed job straightness & reference.

12. Before using every cutter, we cross check, run-out, diameter, condition and cutter holding method.

13. Every doing finishing operation 2D & 3D,First we confirmed required dimension

& surface finishing achieved or not.

14.Working has a VMC Machine Operator cum programmer (Kafo 3 axis Fanuc control m/c).

a.Operating m/C Roders 3 axis m/c as well setting piece & run UG cam programme ensure profile as per 3D or not recheck with dimension.

15.Operated VMC machines and loaded and unloaded parts, minor machine offsets, minor tool changes, debarred, measured and documented quality records.

16.Set controls and regulated speed, feed, coolant flow and angle of cut.

17.Plan for more output study drawing & machining process set sequences.

18.Good in reading blue print drawings both in first angle and 3rd angle projection.

19.Very good exposure to all types of relative tools and measuring instruments.
