I overlooked production and all projects while assisting in all aspects of the buisness, Maintaining equipment, Dump trucks, bobcats Etc. Sold work, dealt with city and county codes and inspectors. Founder I hired to do work for me persistently asked me to join his company to help it grow. I did, after I did, his wife went to Egypt for a month, during that time we had excessive rain minimizing our production even though I was pulling in work. When weather was clear we ran into equipment failures that I don’t believe were maintained properly before I joined. Dump truck engine blew, replaced that in yard, another dump truck transmission failed we replaced. And bobcats had hydraulic issues we addressed. This all happening during tax time. When I found out they had to extend tax payment we parted ways. I feel I wasn’t completely informed of the maintenance of equipment or money available. AREI LLC 8/32021 to 3/9/2022

Sales Representative/Project Manager
Initiate and close sales for a leading general contractor in the St. Louis Area. Meet and greet with new potential customers while establishing sales, referrals and establishing new prospects. Create the right solutions for customers' needs. Helped create a record sales year for JBI. Component Force USA – St. Louis, Mo. -- 11/09 to 04/11 General Manager/Head of US Operations
Solicited business for a plastics manufacturer based in the UK. I was hired on a 6 month trial. Overlooked and hired new employees, trained staff, overlooked all accounts while creating market plans and advising ownership of new ideas. Company was trying to understand if having a dominant presence in the US could help the company's success. After advising them that we were losing money by shipping products here to stock them, then shipping to customers was costing us considerable profit. And setting up manufacturing here would be beneficial to the company as a whole. With That advice being taken into consideration they began to ship from the UK directly to the customer and only kept a phone solicitor on staff in the US.
